I brought my dog in for an emergency surgery at the very last minute. The doctor was very kind and patient and understood the situation. I had told him what other vets were charging me and what other routes they wanted me to go but the doctor suggested we do the surgery before anything else. He was also very understanding of the situation and started the surgery within minutes. The surgery was affordable and fast. I’m very thankful and happy I brought Mochi here. She is now home resting and recovering. I will be coming back with my other dog as well. The rest of the staff were also very friendly and made me feel welcome. Please don’t hesitate to call and check them out.

Absolutely love this place, they have helped us with our pets throughout the years. The yearly checkups, the ear infections, the hard parts when it was time for them to go to the next level. Caring and compassionate staff. Today was rough for us as it was time for our last pet to go on. Once again Dr. Sarasota explained exactly what he was going to do and what to expect. It's always hard but when they actually care about us and the pet, it made it easier. Thanks again for your care all these years.

I called to see if they would take a dog with an ear infection and the lady was being sarcastic over the phone. I explained to her that I have never had to take an animal to the vet before. Then she asked me what did I need just to say that they don’t have anything. She hung up before I had even finished talking. Like girl who are you feeling like??? Yall too boujiee for me in St Charles 😭😭😭

I've been using West Clay since the 70s. You will not find a more knowledgeable veterinarian. Over the decades our dogs were all cared for and now we have 2 kittens and the same is true. Great care, great staff and warm environment. Sure it is a clinic, it's not an early American men's lounge but it's above what you would expect for atmosphere. Patients' pet pictures plastered on posters on the walls shows the long history of quality care. You can tell that Dr Saranita has seen the issues that arise with pets many many times and you can tell that to him it is second nature to know what tests to run and when to run them along with knowing when to simply administer the proper care. As we all care for our pets, the best we can do is take them to a qualified veterinarian for the things that will always pop up during their life. So finding quality care at an establishment like West Clay is a very important part of our pet having the best chance at a happy life.

We've been taking our pets there for a while now. I can't say enough good things about the doctors and staff. They are so kind and helpful on the phone and in person. Prices are very reasonable and they always make the time to care for your fur babies. I highly recommend their services. Compassion at it's finest.
