have taken my dogs here a little over a year now and every time it has gotten increasingly worse and more difficult to deal with them. They are not up front out pricing, they don’t tell you the cost of anything unless you ask and just slap you with a bill. That is if they make sure to get everything on the bill. The first time they forgot to charge me for everything they said they did and sent me a letter stating I owed a balance after paying 800 dollars already to them. Then when I went up to try to figure it out I learned they need a second round of one of their shoots within 3 days or we would have to start the shots over. Recently my senior dog has been having a hard time going to the bathroom. They prescribed her a general antibiotic, said to come back if nothing changed in a few days. Nothing changed things got worse. When we came back suddenly they felt a mass by her bladder and needed to do blood work, an x-ray, and an ultrasound. They only did the x-ray, didn’t get blood work and told us to go somewhere else for the ultra sound. Then asked what our next steps were? When we had no answers. When my husband asked what the blood work said the vet then told them they did not do it since he needed to go somewhere else. My husband left with no answers and a dog that felt significantly worse than when they came in. Five minutes later he got a call from the vet saying “I know you’re upset with me, but the ultra sound place can’t get you in.” We paid over 500 dollars for no answers and to just stress our dog out. Do not go here they are awful to work with.

I can’t even begin to say how amazing these guys are! The staff is always super friendly. The vets are great with all types of dogs. Our family dog that was skittish with 3 working legs was cared for the same way as my new puppy they just spayed. It’s the only vet I’ve had that my dogs are not terrified of when they get out of the car. They clearly care about both the animals and their owners, which is super rare in this industry. Could not recommend them more!

Absolutely love the staff and the facility. My only problem is I’ve been quoted several times for various things and they always seem to be twice as expensive. I wish they were more competitive with their pricing.
